Overview

The 3rd operational brigade named after Colonel Petro Bolbochan is a military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, located in the city of Kharkiv. During the "Offensive Guard" recruiting campaign in 2023, the brigade received the name "Spartan". From the very beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the guardsmen of the unit opposed the enemy in various directions, preventing him from breaking through to Kharkiv. The brigade took an active part in counteroffensive operations in Slobozhanshchyna and in the battles for Bakhmut and Robotyne.

Responsibilities

• provision of psychological first aid
• work with wounded and released servicemen
• psychological study ( psychodiagnostics)
• working with a group and understanding the concept of group dynamics
• organizing psychological support in the unit
• establishing communication with all ranks of unit commanders
• implementation of professional and psychological training
• resolution of conflict situations
• work with persons with deviant behavioral signs
• work with trauma and symptoms of ADHD/PTSD

Requirements

• mandatory bachelor's (master's) education in the direction of "Psychology" (053)
• age from 18 to 50 years < /li>
• knowledge of general and social psychology
• understanding of the algorithm of conducting psychological consultations
• skills of providing psychological consultations/help online
• skills of working with suicide victims
• the ability to conduct trainings will be an advantage
• suitability for service in terms of health, in particular, the absence of a disability group, serious chronic diseases, etc.
• work experience is desirable, but candidates without work experience are considered
• mastery of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as the ability to work with Google Drive and Google forms
• independent work planning and reporting skills
• responsibility and punctuality in work
• ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-tempo conditions
• readiness for business trips to areas of hostilities
• mobility

• readiness for training and continuous improvement of professional skills

Conditions

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• financial support from 30,000 hryvnias depending on the rank + additional monetary reward for the performance of special or combat tasks from 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias
• a full social package for a military serviceman, annual financial aid for recovery
• vacation 30 days a year
