For a dynamically developing e-commerce project that strives to provide customers with the highest level of service and convenience, we are looking for an experienced and motivated specialist for the position of E-commerce PSP Manager, who will be a key player in our team and help us reach new heights in the field of payment solutions.

Responsibilities:
Finding and onboarding payment partners:< /strong>
-Market research of payment providers and search for the most suitable partners.
-Conducting negotiations and agreeing the terms of cooperation.
-Organizing and carrying out the onboarding process of new payment partners .
Management of payment partners:
-Establishment and maintenance of long-term and mutually beneficial relations with payment partners.
-Ensuring a high level of service and execution obligations by partners.
-Discussion and resolution of emerging issues and problems.
Study, analysis and conversion management:
-Efficiency analysis of current payment solutions and processes.
-Conducting research to improve payment conversion.
-Optimizing payment processes to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
Work as the main contact person in communication with payment partners:
-Interaction with payment partners on issues of integration and optimization of payment solutions.
-Ensuring prompt resolution of any emerging problems and issues.
-Regular communication with partners and onboarding of company products and initiatives.
-Knowledge and understanding of AML and KYC processes.
Maintenance of documentation and statistics:
-Maintenance of complete and accurate documentation on work with payment partners.
-Preparation of reports and statistics on key performance indicators.
-Analysis and provision of recommendations based on the collected data.

-Experience in e-commerce Minimum 2 years.
-Negotiation skills.
-Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on statistics and research.
-A deep understanding of the working principles of various payment systems and integration methods.
-High level of oral and written communication skills in English.
-Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and pay attention to details.
