Swapple offers a suite of services for exchanges, crypto wallets, merchants, DApps, IGaming and Web3 startups looking for seamless and secure cryptocurrency transactions.???
? The main purpose of the role is to effectively integrate payment systems, increase the number of payment system partners, support the growth plan in the markets.???

?Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience integrating payment systems in high-risk industries - forex, gambling, cryptocurrency or fintech in Asia and Latin America
• In-depth understanding of the working principles of various payment systems and integration methods
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on statistics and research.
• Understanding the legal compliance process< /li>
• Regular attendance at specialized conferences
• Activity, sociability, readiness to work with large amounts of data
• English language: Upper — Intermediate (B2)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to determine the most suitable payment providers, OTS.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with payment partners.
• Ensuring a high level service and monitoring partners' fulfillment of their obligations.
• Interaction with payment partners on issues of integration and optimization of payment solutions.
• Regular communication with partners and onboarding of company products and initiatives.

• Analyzing the effectiveness of current payment solutions and processes.
• Conducting research to improve payment conversion.
• Optimizing payment processes to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion.
• Ensuring prompt resolution of any problems or issues that arise.
• Knowledge and understanding of AML and KYC processes
• Maintaining complete and accurate documentation of work with payment partners.
• Preparation of reports and statistics for managers on key performance indicators.
• Analysis and provision of recommendations based on the collected data.
