The main task of ADRA is to support needy people and the most vulnerable segments of the population, improving their lives, making them more active and successful in overcoming difficult life situations. Main job duties: support and monitoring of the implementation of the security and protection policy. support protection and security in the implementation of plans, exchange best practices, harmonize policy and practice, improve training materials, strengthen complaint mechanisms and investigation methods. Requirements: Higher education in the field of social sciences; International human rights law; personnel law; investigation; experience in the field of gender-based violence or a related field, up to 40% of working time may be spent on domestic and international travel. Ability to travel on short notice (if necessary). Professional experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience, especially in the field of ethics and compliance, investigative practice, awareness of anti-exploitation and abuse issues, as well as experience in integrating compliance issues across organizations /companies. Work experience in the field of personnel management. Work experience in projects: Experience in protection in emergency situations. Experience in Ukraine is preferred.Experience managing and conducting complex investigations and reviews, providing direction to office management to resolve any issues that ensure the well-being of the survivor Experience working with confidential materials/data in a highly confidential manner Project management experience including planning and scheduling, process development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation Special skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.Ability to transfer skills and knowledge across a range of opportunities including safety program development, implementation , risk assessment and analysis, as well as advisory functions. Proven experience and ability to develop and conduct trainings High level of organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian and English Knowledge of international standards and best practices in the field of protection, protection from sexual exploitation and violence (PSEA), child protection (CP) and related topics.
