Protection officer Mykolaiv in JERU

Oresponsibilities

• Monitor all measures for social and legal protection and making proposals for improvement or solving difficult situations in coordination with the head of projects and programs. 
• Be active in the formation of knowledge and understanding of "Protection in humanitarian emergency situations". 
• Contribute to the development of high-quality WHH social protection programs and support the further institutionalization of social protection, including relevant processes and standardization. 
• Maintain regular contact with partner teams on the ground and ensure information exchange. 
• Liaise with national/subnational clusters and technical working groups
• Manage and report on the implementation of needs and situation analysis (surveys, focus groups, etc.). 
• Conduct a regular review of the content of group activities, such as raising awareness, providing psycho-social support, etc. in coordination with the adviser on social and legal protection. Check whether they really meet the goals of the project and the minimum humanitarian standards. 
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders, local leaders and key community members to inform and involve them in the project. 
• Conduct a regular review of the correctness of the referral documentation. 
• Compile and edit the weekly and monthly reports (M&E) provided by the local teams and send them to the project manager. 
• Make business trips to other regional offices of the organization in Ukraine in agreement with the immediate supervisor.
