Promprilad. Renovation is an innovation center based on an old factory, which works at the intersection of four areas of regional development: new economy and urban planning, modern art and education. During 2023-2025, within the framework of the project, up to 40 thousand m2 will be reconstructed and built. Promprilad. Main tasks:

• logging maintenance/repair of networks and equipment;
• control and organization of maintenance of internal and external building networks and equipment;
• planning, coordination and repair of the entire infrastructure;
• consumption review utility services and implementation of measures to optimize costs;
• elimination of accidents;
• control of contractors during the performance of any repair/installation work;
• inventory and control of existing equipment and warehouse materials;
• approval of tenant projects and safety equipment on projects;
• organization of tenant access to the site for finishing works;
• inspection of finished finishing works by tenants;
• organization of the tenant care service: quick registration of inquiries and troubleshooting;
• preparation of various types of analyzes and reports at the request of management.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in real estate maintenance, condominiums, or construction;
• Has a higher technical or engineering education;
• Knows construction standards and regulations;
• Able to read drawings and specifications related to networks, equipment and all building communications;
• Understands all building systems;
• Has experience working with contractors;

• A confident PC and Excel user;

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of working with the Smart Home system.
