Prompt Engineer (Image Generation) in Mindy Teams

Role overview

You will work with AI tools to generate and select images used to train models. The main task is to obtain results that are stable in terms of style and quality and select them according to clear criteria.

Most of the work is the generation of images in large volumes, their review and selection according to the specified requirements. It is important not only to choose the best options, but also to define simple and clear selection rules and apply them consistently.

Also, you will use basic scripts or APIs to automate part of the processes and work faster. As you work, you need to document approaches and solutions so that other team members can use them.

What you will do

• Write prompts and adjust settings for image generation

  Identify visual issues (lighting, color, composition, anatomy)
  
  

• Define and apply rules for consistent selection
  
  

• Compare outputs and choose the best options
  
  

• Work with ML and data teams to improve results
  
  

• Use simple scripts or API to automate repetitive tasks
  
  

• Document your work so others can reuse it
  
  

Requirements

• Spoken and written English (B2+), enough to communicate with the client and document your work
  
  

• Basic understanding of visual quality (lighting, color, composition, style)
  
  

• Attention to detail when reviewing large numbers of images
  
  

• Ability to explain your decisions and turn them into clear rules
  
  

• Basic programming skills (Python or JavaScript) for simple automation and working with APIs
  
  

• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with image generation tools
  
  

• Experience with datasets, annotation, or QA
  
  

• Background in design, photography, or visual arts
  
  

• Portfolio with relevant work
  
  

Work conditions

• Full-time, remote
  
  

• Schedule: 14:00–22:00 or 16:00–24:00 (Kyiv time)
