Weare looking for a Prompt engineer tojoin our team and take ownership ofcreating and optimizing prompts, providing support and troubleshooting, aswell asmanaging orders and communicating with clients. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applications; Collaborate with ateam and client toensure prompt alignment with project goals and user needs; Monitor and analyze prompt/AI performance toidentify areas for improvement; Optimize AIprompt generation process toenhance overall system performance; Stay up-to-date onthe latest advancements inAI, natural language processing and machine learning; Provide support toteams inunderstanding prompt engineering best practices; Draft and distribute reports onprompt performance and development progress Requirements: Proven work experience asaAIPrompt Engineer orsimilar role (atleast 1,5years); English Level— atleast Upper Intermediate Basic knowledge inPython Experience withAI tools and APIs like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude orsimilar; Experience with No-code platforms; Comprehensive understanding ofnatural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Ability todive deep and understand the business side ofthe project; Beable tocommunicate with stakeholders directly and independently; Provide clear documentation ofprocesses, workflows, recommendations, etc. Benefits: Flexible work setup: Choose between fully remote, hybrid, oroffice-based inKyiv, Odesa, orMykolaiv with refreshments/snacks and dedicated spaces for relaxation and leisure activities.
