І щоб підсилити нашу команду, ми шукаємо — Promo Marketing Manager.

Виклики на цій ролі: структурувати процеси запуску промо-кампаній, сформувати промокалендар, налаштувати координацію між закупівлями, контентом, маркетингом і партнерами. І головне, зробити так, щоб промо-кампанії (регулярні, сезонні, спецпроєкти та креативні активації) стали постійним джерелом зростання онлайн-продажів.

We will notice if you have:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position — in the field of e-commerce or digital trade marketing.
• The practice of running a full cycle of promotional campaigns from proposal formation to performance analysis (ROI, lift, incremental sales). 
• 400; text-decoration: none">Experience in planning and implementing trade-marketing activities in digital channels — site, email, Viber, SMS, push, banner, targeted and contextual advertising. 
• 400; text-decoration: none">Proficient in e-commerce analytics - Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM/BI systems. 
• 400; text-decoration: none">Understanding online user behavior promotional tools to increase conversion. 
• Skills for working with an assortment matrix — including SKU prioritization, category planning and category strategy support.

And it will also be a plus:

• Experience in book retail
• Working with marketplaces
• Understanding Online User Behavior

The following tasks await you:

• You will increase online sales due to the systematic launch of promotional activities - with a focus on the result and performance indicators.
• You will coordinate the launch of the regularthem and seasonal e-commerce promotions — sales, flash sales, cross-promos, activations for new product launches. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">You will work with data and analytics - analysis of traffic, average check, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking.
• You will create special offers for certain categories, publishers and partners - according to the needs of the assortment agreements.
• You will develop and test new promo mechanics — from hypotheses to their verification and scaling.
• You will identify the most effective formats, channels and promo models through A/B tests and post-analytics. style="font-weight: 400">You will coordinate with partners and suppliers participation in campaigns — including stock volumes, deadlines, positions.
• You will work with marketplaces - so that our promos are visible and effective there.
