We are looking for creative and talented specialist who knows how to develop strategies of attractive game mechanics to achieve the company's business goals
Key tasks:
Loyalty program developmentCommunication with development departments and product departments, support of loyalty program projects at all stages of development (starting with writing technical specifications)Competitor research for new mechanics of bonuses or promotions and development of offers based on them for implementation
Collection and maintenance of project documentation
Experience and skills:
2 years of experience in a similar position
Understanding UI/UX Principles
Analytical skills
Creativity
