Promo manager in Digital Dynamics

Requirements:

• experience in a similar position - from 2 years
• skills work with SoftSwiss platforms or similar providers
• knowledge of basic retention methods
• experience in writing TOR, briefs and reference searches
• experience in site administration
• English language - no lower than upper-intermediate level (B2)
• experience in conducting A/B testing (will be a plus)
• work experience with documentation
• initiative, creativity, scrupulousness, multitasking, responsibility

Responsibilities:

• generation of ideas for the development of promotional activities
• drafting promotional plan
• development of product offers, banners, landing pages
• creation, configuration, preliminary testing and further management of promotional activities in product administration
• optimization of bonus and promo mechanisms to retain users and increase their activity
• setting up technical specifications for designers, copywriters, SRM team
• control of deadlines and quality of delivery tasks
• communication with providers: placement of slots, implementation of promotions, tournaments
• analysis of the market, competitors and user engagement tools, including communication channels, promotion mechanisms and various bonus programs
• trend research
• assistance in the development and implementation of a retention strategy on the website: ideas and recommendations for the CRM department
• management weekly/monthly payment reports
• processing of briefs and requests from the manager
• reporting on projects.
