Promo Manager in Kasta

We invite a Promo Manager to the team, who will be responsible for the development, launch and management of promotional tools that increase sales and the number of suppliers with sales, and will also provide a complete operational cycle of promotions - from planning to performance analytics.

What you will do:

• Form a calendar of promotional campaigns taking into account seasonality, marketing activities and business priorities.

• Coordinate promotional plan with category teams and monitor its execution.

• Coordinate the preparation of banners and support of promotional materials, monitor deadlines.

• Ensure timely and high-quality launch of all promotional campaigns on the platform.

• Conduct post-analysis of promotional performance (GMV, conversion, ROI, uplift).

• Form recommendations to increase the effectiveness of subsequent campaigns.

• Synchronize the actions of sales, marketing, content and analytics teams within the limits of promotional processes.

• Ensure transparency, quality of communication and compliance with deadlines.

• Initiate process improvement, automation and maintain a knowledge base of effective promo mechanic.

• Participate in the launch of promotional projects, analyze revenue opportunities and implement new approaches.
