Project team manager (medical infrastructure construction) in Block HTS

An international engineering company is looking for a project team manager to coordinate the development and implementation of projects in the field of construction of medical facilities and specialized technical premises.

At the initial stage, the role involves participation in the preparation, structuring and planning of projects. After the transition of projects to the implementation phase, the position will involve full management of the project team and coordination of the construction process.

Main duties

• Coordination and management project team involved in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects.

• Ensuring effective interaction between architects, engineers, technical specialists and external partners.

• Participation in preparation and structuring of projects, including interaction with international partners.

• Coordination of communication between local stakeholders, technical experts and international partners.

• Control key stages of project implementation and deadlines.

• Coordination of preparation of necessary project and technical documentation.

• Participation in work meetings, negotiations and presentations with partners, government institutions and contractors.

Candidate requirements

• Proficiency in English (required).

• Experience project management in construction, engineering, infrastructure or technical projects.

• Experience working with engineering or construction teams would be an advantage.

• Technical or engineering education will be a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate the work of different specialists and stakeholders within one project.

Work format

At the initial stage of project development (year 2026) the position provides part-time employment related to the preparation and structuring of projects.

Once the project moves into the implementation and construction phase, the role will involve full time and active management of project implementation, including coordination of technical teams, contractors and partners.

• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine

Would be an advantage

• Experience of working with projects of medical facilities or medical infrastructure.

• Understanding technical systems of specialized building environments (laboratories, cleanrooms, medical centers etc.).

• Experience of working with international partners or investors.
