• Development of the project plan
• Organization and coordination of the team for the implementation of project stages: initiation, work planning, execution, pilot testing, transition of the project to operational activity
• Formation of the project budget
• Control over the execution of the plan
• Implementation of Lean management
• Control over the receipt of goods and services
• Communication with stakeholders
• Maintenance of project documentation (passport, plan, list of changes, etc.)
• Protection of project results
