MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support the project manager with organization, communication and coordination of the activities of the mobile team Support the project manager in creating and maintaining a continuous and effective information flow within the work of the mobile team; Support the project manager in preparing an activity plan as needed; Centralize information from the team and support the project manager in reporting; Support team members in procurement processes and finance; Support the project manager in ensuring compliance with Tdh procedures and policies; Organize activities for Tdh beneficiaries and offer them direct assistance based on existing needs and team allocation; Intervene with all team members in areas and activities identified by the project manager as priorities; Conduct regular evaluations needs in the places where the teams work and any other potential places for intervention; Provide information and individual support according to their capabilities and with the agreement of managersteam leader; Organize events for Tdh beneficiaries as planned with the project manager; Liaise with suppliers and service providers; Identify problems related to program implementation and inform the team leader to decide on the next course of action; Coordinate the activities of volunteers who support the team; conduct research to support project activities as needed. The Project Specialist is responsible for other tasks delegated by the project manager in accordance with the overall objective of the position. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Education / Qualifications: Higher education in the field of social sciences, humanities or a related discipline Work experience: Experience in the organization and implementation of projects for at least 1 year. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff. Excellent communication skills. Excellent documentation and accounting skills. Ability to work independently and organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong team spirit. High level of integrity. Compliance with deadlines. Ability to maintain high standards and punctuality under pressure. Languages: excellent written and spoken Ukrainian and Russian, fluency in English will be an advantage.
