Our client is a Ukrainian online platform that implements lighting design projects, connects customers with design studios and architectural bureaus for project implementation. When receiving an order from a client, the platform involves various partners in the implementation of the project. This format of cooperation gives performers the opportunity to exchange experience, reveal their inner potential, and establish contacts with colleagues in their professional activities. While for customers, it is a place where there is an opportunity to maximally disclose their request and get a rich selection of non-standard design solutions. Now the company invites a sales manager to its team. Main tasks: independent search of potential customers and processing of already received applications; formation of the sales funnel; conducting negotiations: preparing and conducting presentations, selling the developed concept and services for the client's needs; participation in the formation of technical specifications for the project; work with accounts receivable. Mandatory requirements: expertise in the field of sales (B2B, B2G) and project sales from 3 years; experience of working with designers and architects; knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation techniques; knowledge of the market situation of lighting and automation and the principles of work in this segment; knowledge of the basics of lighting technology. Terms of cooperation: remote work format; 8-hour work schedule, Mon-Fri; salary level: from UAH 40,000. + the bonus part is discussed individually); trial period - 3 months.
