Project recruiter (Internet marketing, media buying, arbitration) in Traffbro Limited

We are looking for an experienced recruiter for a project to attract additional personnel on a remote basis.

Basic knowledge and skills:

• Successful experience as a recruiter in the field of marketing (it will be great if it was Arbitration/Media buying);
• Ability to close vacancies in a short time;
• Availability of a candidate base (it will be ideal if they are PPC specialists or media buyers);

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates , using all possible methods and resources for the search;
• Conducting the first stage of the interview, getting to know the candidate and evaluating his experience;
• Submitting the resume for consideration, organizing subsequent interviews with other team members;

• Managing the candidate throughout the hiring process, providing feedback at all stages.
