Project/Program Manager with ERP Experience in Spyrosoft

As an IT Project/Program Management Expert, you will be responsible for planning and executing an OCI migration. You will drive cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Center of Excellence (CoE), Shared Services, Frontline IT, Business Units, and other teams to ensure that implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The work is in the EU timezone, with occasional meetings at slightly later hours.

• 5+ years of project management experience
• ERP-related experience (must-have), preferably with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing large and complex projects / programs
• Experience in Agile environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including english C1+
• Strategic, operational, risk, and change management skills and experience
• Strong leadership skills and able to work within a global matrixed organization
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficiency with PMO tools such as Planview, ADO, Teams, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.
• General proficiency utilizing reporting tool such as Power BI
• High proficiency and expertise developing roadmaps and project plans
