For new direction, we are looking for a specialist who will become the first person and the main driving force. Directly under you, we will assemble a separate technical team of developers and people with other roles to implement the project.

The person we're looking for doesn't fit into the standard Project or Product Manager description, it's more of a symbiosis of both roles, at least initially. Yes, we know it sounds unconventional, but it's necessary for the speed of decision-making and implementation at the initial stage.

What kind of product do we want to create? We are ready to talk about it at the interview.

Set of skills that it is desirable to have:

1. be able to research new questions, systematize information and draw conclusions;
2. understand where design is good/where bad;
3. be able to conduct a product interview, listen to the user, interpret the problem into a product solution;
4. be able to argue and prove your point of view;
5. be able to build working relationships and processes with new colleagues.

Job duties:

• setting up the process of continuous delivery of project value;
• establishing the communication system both within the development team and outside it;
• responsibility for the development of the development team ;
• maintenance of technical documentation in Confluence;
• maintenance of the project management system in Jira;
• adherence to Agile philosophy and metScrum methodology;
• project reporting;
• risk management;
• quality control.

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of IT project management experience years;
• knowledge of the English language at the B1-B2 level;
• ability to work according to Agile, the ability to conduct successful sprints;
• to have a high level of knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Discord, Figma, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Worksection, Trello;
• certification in project management (for example PMP) will be a big plus;
• existing knowledge of SEO optimization and link building.
