Now, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project manager to drive key initiatives, optimize sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

What we expect from our candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or online retail. Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizationalanalytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes for better performance.
  • Comfortable with working through time-tracker.

What will you do?

  • Plan and manage product launches, overseeing all stages: preparation, execution, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Team coordination: planning, task delegation, performance monitoring, and result control.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and track KPIs, analyze project performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participation in business trips and exhibitions to represent the company, establish partnerships, and explore market trends.
