Project / Product manager in Cryptology

Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects across various teams (Backend, Frontend, Design, and DevOps) to ensure timely delivery of objectives.- Agile & Scrum Management: Employ Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.- Roadmap Development: Build and maintain the project roadmap, aligning short-term tasks and long-term goals with business objectives.- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between different service teams to enhance collaboration and project efficiency.- Project Metrics: Understand and utilize key financial metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) to drive project decisions.- Project Health Monitoring: Regularly assess the progress and health of the project, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.- Team Performance Monitoring: Oversee team performance, ensuring that all members are progressing towards their goals and contributing effectively to the project.Required Skills:- Agile and Scrum Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams including engineering, design, and operational staff.- Strategic Planning: Skilled in building actionable project roadmaps that reflect both immediate and long-term business goals.- Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing project metrics to guide strategic decisions and improve project outcomes.- Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments to achieve project objectives.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve project issues efficiently.Nice to Have:- Unit Economics Understanding: Knowledge of unit economics to analyze the profitability and viability of projects.- Certifications: Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile frameworks (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
