Project/product manager in Sili Oboroni

Overview

The vacancy involves service in a specialized unit of the Defense Forces and participation in a project related to the digital transformation of the budget planning process of expenditure control in the Armed Forces on the SAP platform. The unit is looking for motivated and experienced military/conscripts who want to be part of a project that brings strategic innovation to the Ukrainian army.

Responsibilities

• building work and communication in the project team and with a large number of stakeholders
• solving non-standard situations through a quick and analytical approach
• preparation of project documentation
• product life cycle management, namely planning and implementation of new features and product improvements
• development coordination, in particular, cooperation with the implementation and development team to ensure timely implementation of changes to the product

Requirements

• experience working with a large number of clients/users/stakeholders
• knowledge of various product/project management methodologies and the ability to quickly navigate the application of this or that methodology
• the ability to quickly learn and respond to changes
• knowledge of the process of forming estimates of state institutions
• knowledge of spending by recipients of funds from the state budget (allocation plan, budgetary/budgetary and financial obligations)
• experience of cooperation with development and implementation teams
• experience of working with financial/analytical modules of SAP will be an additional advantage

• work experience in the financial units of the Defense Forces will be an additional advantage
• high level of stress resistance

Conditions

• service in the city Kyiv
• 6-day work week in the office
• recruitment of officers/reservists under contract and mobilization until the end of martial law
• compulsory passing of KMB/basic military training < /li>
• availability of valid certificates from the TCC/military ticket
• transfer of active servicemen from the Ground Forces with the consent of the immediate commander
• rear financial support from 20,000 (for the rank of soldier) and 30,000 hryvnias (for an officer's rank)
