The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of military operations, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

POSITION MANAGER will work as an engaged expert in the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity and provides systematic management of the cycle of implementation of programs and projects aimed at strengthening ties with Ukrainians abroad and facilitating their voluntary return. Responsible for strategic planning, synchronization of deadlines and resources within the portfolio, and comprehensive monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI). Acts as a single coordination center for interaction between the Ministry's units, international partners and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality analytical support and transparency of reporting. normal; text-decoration: none">1. Strategic planning and portfolio management
Coordination and monitoring: Support for planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and programs within portfolio.
Schedule management: Development and control of work schedules, event calendars and key activities; ensuring consistency of deadlines and priorities.
Administration of statuses: Keeping summary information about the status of projects, key stages and monitoring the execution of current assignments.
Data and knowledge management: Organization and filling of the project portfolio knowledge base; creation and administration of "data rooms" (data rooms) to systematize project documentation and provide convenient access to key materials.
2. Development and initiation of projects
Conceptual work: Development of concepts and preparation of materials for initiation of new or development of existing programs.
Attracting resources: Helping to find and attract the necessary resources for the implementation of project initiatives.
Command formation: Participation in the search and selection of key personnel (experts, managers, technical specialists) necessary for the effective start and implementation of project initiatives.
3. Operational support and interaction
Stakeholder coordination: Organizing interaction between units, the Ministry and partners; ensuring effective information exchange.
Meeting support: Organization of meetings, record-keeping and monitoring of the implementation of decisions made as a result of the meetings.
4. Analytics, communication and reporting
Preparation of materials: Creating analytical reports, briefings, presentations and materials for public events or negotiations.
Reportability: Preparation of meaningful reports on the progress of projects, in particular for program and donor reporting.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Education:Higher education (master's degree, specialist). Specialization in the fields of public administration, international relations, law or economics will be an advantage.
Work experience:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project/program management, project portfolio coordination or program support in the public or public sector.
Profile expertise: Experience of successful interaction with state authorities, international organizations or diplomatic institutions.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic planning skills, development of road maps (roadmaps) and project risk management experience.
Visualization and structuring: Expert mastery of mind mapping tools for structuring complex ideas, task decomposition, and strategic planning.
Presentation skills: Experience in creating professional presentations (in PowerPoint, Keynote or Canva), the ability to visualize complex data and project implementation results for management and international partners.
Analytical skills: Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into short, meaningful and visually attractive reports (Executive Summaries).
Digital Literacy: Confident use of modern project management and collaboration tools (eg Miro, Trello, Notion or similar platforms).
Communication skills: High level of business culturecommunication, meeting facilitation skills and experience in preparing analytical documents for senior management.
Self-management: Expressed ability to prioritize tasks in conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines (Time Management).
Language training: Fluency in the Ukrainian language; the level of English is not lower than Intermediate (B1), with the skills of conducting business correspondence and negotiations.
Mobility: Willingness to travel (especially abroad, taking into account the specifics of working with diaspora).
