We are looking for a Project Planning Manager.

> projects;

Participation in the financial control of projects;

Participation in the development of investment project cards;

Formation and updating of the production program for infrastructure projects;

Preparation of initial data for the formation of the budget for infrastructure projects. Coordination between interested parties;

Monitoring the implementation of the production program in relation to the approved business plan, analysis of deviations;

Preparation of materials for production meetings. Update of the composition of the project tasks, deadlines according to the decisions of production meetings;

Update of the program according to the information of specialized units regarding the status of task performance: concluded contracts, status of works/supplies, etc.;

Timely distribution of the updated production program to interested persons;

Providing information for the formation and updating of project cards regarding calendar terms and funding schedules;

Evaluation of the infrastructure part of potential of the company's assets in terms of financing terms and schedules;

Formation of presentations to the hydrocarbon production and processing directorate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher economic or technical education;
At least 3 years of experience in project planning/management (preferably in the oil and gas industry);
Experience in software systems for calendar and network planning (MS Project, Oracle Primavera, etc.);
PMI certificate will be an additional advantage;
English - Intermediate.

REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

Theoretical and practical aspects of project management and project programs in the oil and gas industry;
General understanding of the main business processes at enterprises of the oil and gas industry;
Principles of forming business plans, strategies at enterprises of the oil and gas industry;
Software for generating analytical reports and presentations: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (high level);
Software for controlling the financial side of project program implementation: 1C or other ERP system (basic level).
