Advanced P2P crypto exchange platform looking for Project manager.Job Descriptions- Business plan development- Product description development- Search and onboard relevant team members- Project manage: organize, plan, track, and report development activities, maintain a development backlog and plan sprints, gather estimates, and communicate targets and deadlines- Remove blockers for your team and build team members up for success- Carry features from design handoff through to launch and beyond- Work with key leaders on resource planning and the product roadmap- Provide risk assessment services and offer recommendations for improvement- Communicate changes in priorities or timelines to the senior team- Help create the vision, strategy and roadmap for the organization as part of our Value Team, and communicate these within the development teams- Actively support the business with progress updates and metrics, make the results of the development teams transparent within the organization- During planning activities, work with stakeholders to determine the content and steps required to deliver the next iteration at a sprint, release or product level- Within regular refinement sessions, works with the development team to define, elaborate, estimate, order or delete product backlog items- Lead reviews to ensure the product increment is examined in the optimum way to elicit feedback and determine the route forward for development- During retrospectives, collaborate as part of the team in determining and selecting improvement actions- Attend daily scrums to coordinate and collaborate with the development team on development work being performed within the sprintRequirements- 3+ years of project management experiencein crypto related field.- Experience implementing project management principles and methodologies- Worked with different project management tools and are exceptionally organized- Experience or knowledge of Blockchain technology- Cross Functional Teams: Experience working with cross functional, matrix, and distributed team-Highly proficientskills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project- Strong diplomacy skills to build consensus between technical and business teams- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate all levels of the organization- Strategic Planning: Excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trendsWeoffer:Competitive salary in USD/USDT/EUR/UAH based on your qualifications;Paid vacation and sick days, public holidays are non-working days;Professional and personal growth;We invite you to our friendly team.
