Client Project ManagerPrevail is currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Operations Manager to join our team. As a Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a complex security risk management project from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to drive project success and ensure that project objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.In this role, you will:Manage complex security operations across Ukraine, including within high risk areas of the countryAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning and delivery phases of operationsCoordinate and collaborate with multinational teams to ensure project deliverables are metDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat businessEffectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and progress to clients and internal teamsCreate and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies in close collaboration with Security ManagerBe responsible for incident response, business continuity and crisis managementHold lessons identified sessions and conduct after action reviews of significant eventsRequirementsProven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the security and/or risk management industryPrior experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government or Security Risk Management industryStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred, but not essential:Extensive knowledge and expertise in ISO31000 and ISO31030Recognised security risk management accreditation and/or qualificationBenefitsWhat we offer here at Prevail:Competitive salary, salary sacrifice pension, access to onsite gym facilities, enhanced leave polices, and private healthcare after two years at Prevail.Additional InformationYou may occasionally be asked to respond at short notice or outside of core hoursOn occasions, you may be required to travel throughout the UK and overseas Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Управління і ПромисловістьIndustries Non-profit organizations and Primary and secondary education
