Client Project Manager

Prevail is currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Operations Manager to join our team. As a Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a complex security risk management project from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to drive project success and ensure that project objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.

In this role, you will:

• Manage complex security operations across Ukraine, including within high risk areas of the country
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning and delivery phases of operations
• Coordinate and collaborate with multinational teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
• Effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and progress to clients and internal teams
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies in close collaboration with Security Manager
• Be responsible for incident response, business continuity and crisis management
• Hold lessons identified sessions and conduct after action reviews of significant events

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the security and/or risk management industry
• Prior experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government or Security Risk Management industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred, but not essential:

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in ISO31000 and ISO31030
• Recognised security risk management accreditation and/or qualification
