Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in supporting our in-house medtech startup OxyDial by taking ownership of project planning, resources estimation, risk management, procurement control, and day-to-day task coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain project roadmap, timelines, and milestones.

  • Break down features into actionable tasks and coordinate their execution.

  • Collaborate with the PMO, developers and other stakeholders to align priorities.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure tasks are properly estimated, prioritized, and delivered on time.

  • Monitor progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues.

  • Analyze and manage project risks and scope changes.

  • Keep documentation, boards, and task trackers up to date.

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

  • Streamline project processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams.

  • Support resource planning and workload balancing to optimize team performance.

  • Act as the point of contact for operational inquiries and escalations within projects.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the management or operations field.

  • Hands-on experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Life Sciences / MedTech is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage planning, task breakdown, and estimation processes.

  • Excellent coordination skills, time-management and prioritization under shifting deadlines.

  • Ability to manage expectations across tech and non-tech audiences.

  • Experience in vendor management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational gaps and propose solutions.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.

  • English B2+.
