Finn Church Aid Ukraine is looking for Project monitoring and evaluation specialist (MEAL Assistant), who will play an important role in monitoring and analyzing project activities FCA in Ukraine, with the aim of providing assistance to the population affected by the crisis situation in Ukraine.
The main tasks of the position:

Visiting regions where project activities are implemented and conducting data collection, using a variety of methodologies to ensure comprehensive and accurate information.Collect , segment and report on information obtained from locations.Collaborate with the monitoring and evaluation department to improve processes, including data collection, database entry, storage and reporting. Maintain up-to-date beneficiary databases and records and implementation of activities.Provide regular reports and data to the MEAL Regional Manager and program teams.Act as coordinator of the grievance mechanism, ensuring effective management and resolution of complaints coming from the sites.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures of the monitoring and evaluation department.Requirements for candidates:
- 2 years of experience in collaborative evaluation, surveys, monitoring and evaluation, as well as data processing.
- Skills in data entry and database management.
< li> Willingness to make regular field visits to the project implementation sites (Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Dnipro, Poltava, Kharkiv).- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, macros)
- Good level of written and spoken English (please send resume in English)
