Project marketing manager in Prometheus

We are looking for a project manager in the marketing team

Prometheus — the largest online learning platform in Ukraine with 2,800,000 listeners.

Who we are looking for

A person who:

• Has experience in marketing from 2 years, knows how to form a request, receive hypotheses from specialists and validate them against the project's CRI;
• Knows what reporting is for, how to read it and manage the project and performers based on numbers;
• Has successful experience in project management and implementation of new processes, and can demonstrate this with examples and results.
• Possesses advanced skills in planning and organizing work on projects, knows how to work flexibly and stick to deadlines.
• ? Has developed communication skills, knows how to environmentally negotiate with all parties of the process regarding the quality of tasks and deadlines.
• She is persistent and able to see things through, even if things don't go according to plan.
• Comfortable working on several projects at the same time.
• Boldly takes on larger and complex projects lasting a year or more.
• Attentive to details, independent in work.
•   Proactive: Identifies problems and missed opportunities, takes initiative to improve processes.

Functional Responsibilities

•   Project and team management at the stages of course preparation, online course advertising campaign and after course completion.
•   Planning the work schedule based on the marketing strategy and hypotheses of specialists, to achieve the CRI for the project.
• Coordination of interaction between teachers, methodologist, course project manager, marketing specialists, sales department, filming and editing team.
•   Communication with Prometheus partners and donors.
•   Progress control: All activities described in the marketing processes of the joint development and advertising campaign must be completed on time, Iaccurately and in the correct sequence.
• Project management in Asana, as well as all necessary project documentation.
• Responsibility for the implementation of the project plan. When realizing that the plan is not being implemented - search for alternative actions to achieve the goal

•   Monitoring compliance with deadlines , or flexible planning to meet milestone deadlines.
• Achieving KRI for the project.
•   Optimize and automate processes to increase team speed or efficiency. Form requests for the resources necessary for this.
