As a Project Manager, you will be a member of the PMO (Portfolio Management Office), which belongs to the Tech & Product (IT) department. As part of your work, you will conduct end-to-end projects covering many IT teams, non-IT departments and external companies. Projects may concern various types of internal processes, expansion of the trading platform as well as other systems, e.g. accounting. We are looking for a person with experience and theoretical knowledge regarding the process of conducting projects in a large organization, in a complex environment. We want to cooperate with a person whose knowledge and experience will lead projects in terms of work organization, good practices, solving day-to-day obstacles and effective implementation of intended goals. The ideal candidate: Manages projects of various durations (1-2 months to 1-2 years) with full commitment. Effectively implements project plans, flexibly introducing necessary changes. Demonstrates proactivity, communicativeness and independence, taking into account the needs of stakeholders and management guidelines. Quickly adapts to new processes, technologies and acquires specialist knowledge. Effectively identifies and manages problems in the project, is action-oriented and completes tasks on time. Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT, including min. 3 years in the position of Project Manager or similar Project management certificate, e.g. Prince2 or PMP Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Excel, Google Spreadsheet Ability to quickly acquire context and domain knowledge Knowledge of software development processes and various specializations in IT: FE, BE, QA, BA, Arch, UX, UI, PO, SM, DevOps Experience in cooperation with many teams at the same time Using Confluence and Miro/Mural tools Highly developed soft skills (communication, assertiveness, high personal culture, conflict resolution) Experience in agile product development, e.g. Scrum, Kanban Initiative and independence in decision-making Negotiation skills Knowledge of English at C1 level Knowledge of the financial products industry will be an additional advantage Join XTB and build the best investment application with us!
