Our company puts high product quality and a high level of customer service first. We are looking for a Project Manager for our team, who has experience in managing a team and projects. What will be included in the duties of our Project Manager: Project planning: development of the project plan, definition of the goal, scope, terms and resources. Resource management: allocation of resources to ensure successful implementation of the project. Communication: act as a link between the client, the team and other interested parties, ensuring the necessary exchange of information. Monitoring and control: follow the progress of the project, check compliance with the schedule of tasks, budget and quality of work. Manage changes: monitor any changes in project scope, requirements or resources and ensure that they are in line with the plan Evaluate results: analyze project results and ensure compliance with expected goals and requirements Ensure quality: responsible for ensuring that the product meets quality requirements and meets customer needs .Team motivation: stimulate and motivate team members to achieve set goals and accomplish tasks.What skills and experience of our future Project Manager, we assess as mandatory and priority:Experience in project management: understanding of basic project management concepts such as planning, execution, monitoring and control, risk and change management. Communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders. Leadership skills: the ability to motivate a team, resolve conflicts, create a favorable working environment and lead it to achieve goals. Knowledge of project management methodologies: understanding different methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc., and the ability to use them in practical situations.Result Orientation: Willingness to work for results and ensure the successful completion of the project within the stipulated time, budget and quality.
