Project Manager with knowledge of the German language in MatBor

Matbor is a German company that works on the European market and helps Ukrainian local businesses to attract hundreds of customers every month.

Over the past year, we have grown 5 times, and today the team has more than 20 specialists, and we continue to develop rapidly.

We are looking for a Project Managerwith experience working in an agency and knowledge of the German language, who will become the face of the company for customers and will maintain their loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Management of client projects from start to daily operational work.

• Control of tasks, deadlines and statuses in ClickUp.

• Communication with clients: updates, requests, edits.

• Coordination of work of marketers and contractors.

• Quality control of completed works.

• Monitoring of key indicators and escalation of problems.

• Control of payments and receivables.

• Identification of client needs and initiation of upsells.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project / Account / Client Manager from 2 years.

• Experience in a marketing agency or service business is a must.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, site, Google Business Profile).

• Experience with task managers (ClickUp or similar).

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work with deadlines and details.

  • Speaking German (B2+)

    • Sat: answers to clients until 18:00 (no project work)
    • Sun: day off
