Responsibilities:

• coordinating the entire translation process, including planning, monitoring and project phases
• keeping deadlines and ensuring that projects are delivered on time
• customer support
• close cooperation with stakeholders, acting as a point of contact

Requirements:

• English and German language, both on C1 level
• translation studies or background will be a plus
• previous experience in translations/ project management/ customer service
• ability to prioritize tasks
• goal and process orientation
• Experience with CAT tools such as Phrase, XTM or Trados is an advantage
