Join our team as: Project manager with German Place of work: Żabów near Pyrzyce/remotely Your challenges: Managing intralogistics projects on the Polish and European market; Development and implementation of the project based on the scope, deadlines and budget covered by the contract with the client; Project team management; Daily cooperation inside and outside the organization; Conducting design meetings, supervising factory tests, shipping and final assembly; Ability and availability to undertake business trips at home and abroad; Continuous development and improvement of processes. Our requirements: Higher technical education (preferably in the field of Automation / Robotics / Mechatronics / Mechanics and Machine Construction); Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or with similar responsibilities; Fluent knowledge of German - level B2/C1; Experience in applying project management methods, techniques and good practices; Highly developed competences in communication and negotiation; Highly developed leadership competencies; Business maturity and comprehensive experience in working with clients; Experience in working with MS Office, AutoCAD and project management applications. Welcome: Knowledge of English; Possession of a certificate in the field of Project Management, e.g. PMP, Prince2, IPMA, CS.
