Project Manager (with BA skills) in Lead Team IT

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst who will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of projects, ensuring a balance between business needs and technical implementation. Requirements: - organization of meetings and communication with the Customer; - examination and collection of requirements; - detailed planning of the implementation of the Agreement (Redmine) and control of the progress of the Agreement; - determination of priorities and flexible replanning; - formation of technical tasks according to the Agreement; - writing of statements; - recording of tasks in Redmine and control of their implementation; - development of technical documentation and coordination of technical documentation with by the Customer; - testing (in the absence of testers); - making a decision regarding the readiness of the works; - conducting training of the Customer's users; - advising the Customer's employees on applied issues; - analyzing the Customer's comments based on the results of testing/implementation of the project. - drawing up reports on the implementation of the project, including definition of problematic issues; - organization, planning and control of the implementation process; - organization and control of the provision of technical support; - design and transfer of versions to the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Responsibilities: - Project management from start to finish, taking into account business requirements and technical limitations. - Definition and formalization of software requirements, cooperation with developers and testers.- Communication with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with project goals.- Implementation of development methodologies and process improvement.
