Requirements:

• Technical education, reading drawings.
• With deep knowledge in the field of designing industrial and production buildings.
• A confident user of professional engineering programs and regulatory documentation.
• Experience of working with similar projects from 1 year.

• Availability of own car.
• Active lifestyle, stress resistance, multitasking, initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of contract projects.
• Calculation of project estimates and agreement with the customer.
• Negotiations with contractors and subcontractors.
• Control over the execution of works, provision of tasks for foremen.
• Closing of acts of completed works, control of receipt of funds from customers.
• Participation in the preparation and submission of reports in the process of implementation and at the end of projects.
• Full support of the project at all stages of its implementation.
