Tasks that will need to be done: Coordination of tasks and processes of different areas of the fundraising department. Management of the fundraising workspace in Notion, management of the fundraising budget table and other documents that are common to different areas of fundraising. Assistance with the coordination of fundraising projects, including drawing up a calendar plan, meeting deadlines and informing the project team. Organizing team calls: preparing the agenda, recording key moments and actions. Tracking the implementation of tasks, including interaction with others departments of the organization for the successful implementation of fundraising projects. From you: Experience in the field of project management or willingness to learn. High organizational and communication skills. Responsibility and punctuality. Ability to work in a team and with other departments of the organization. Skills in structuring documentation, ability to logical naming files and their systematization. The ability to write summaries of calls and follow up according to action points. And what about us?
