Project Manager (Vendor & Contractor Management)

Ensure effective management of projects implemented with external contractors and control of fulfillment of obligations under contracts. Coordinate interaction between the customer (UPG), IT team and solution providers to ensure timely, quality and complete project implementation.

Primary responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and coordinating execution projects with external contractors (updates, integrations, development of new solutions).
• Management of the full project life cycle: from initiation to implementation and acceptance of results.
• Control of deadlines, budgets, risks and quality of work performed by suppliers.
• Coordination of work of internal teams (IT, accounting, marketing, operational units) within the limits projects.
• Preparation of technical and organizational tasks for contractors, monitoring the status of execution.
• Acceptance of work results, organization of testing and implementation in industrial operation.
• Maintenance of project documentation, reporting and ensuring transparent communication between all process participants.
• Participation in the preparation of changes to contracts, budgets and schedules works.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the field of IT or technical projects with external contractors.
• Understanding the principles of contract management and project control.
• Knowledge of task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, etc.).
• Ability to work simultaneously with several projects, clearly prioritize tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to achieve results through interaction.
