We are a dynamically developing blockchain agency specializing in crypto projects. Due to the expansion of our young and promising team, we are looking for a talented Project Manager who has experience in the crypto industry and is fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
* Project Management: The full cycle of project management from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, timeline control, risk management, and stakeholder communication.* Team Coordination: Effectively interact with a cross-functional team that includes developers, designers, marketers and other specialists, to ensure consistency and achievement of project goals.* Problem solving: Proactive identification and resolution of emerging problems, elimination of obstacles, ensuring smooth implementation of the project.* Following best practices: Application of modern project management methodologies, adaptation to the rapidly changing environment of Web3 and blockchain.

Requirements:
* Work experience: Proven experience of successful participation in the IT field, necessarily in the field of Web3, blockchain or cryptocurrency.* Technical knowledge: Understanding of the basic principles of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized applications.* Leadership qualities: Ability to inspire and motivate a team, effectively delegate tasks and make decisions.* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and clearly express your thoughts, conduct presentations and negotiations.* Analytical skills: Ability to analyze information, identify trends and make informed decisions.* Stress tolerance: Ability to work under conditions of uncertainty and tight deadlines, remain calm and efficient in stressful situations.* English: Fluency in English (level B2 or higher) for effective communication with the international team and clients.* Willingness to work full-time: Work 6 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the office in Kyiv.
