You will join the Marketing The team of the Business School, which organizes training in the MBA and International Executive MBA programs and promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses through educational projects.
Marketing Team of the Business School consists of PR Lead, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing Unit.
Your duties will be:
< p>Assistance in organizing the activities of the Marketing Unit together with the Head of Marketing Unit< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Establishing communications with other units of the Business School, the communications department and other KSE departments.
Managing annual projects to attract students to the MBA and International Executive MBA programs together with the Head of Marketing Unit - drawing up the timeline, scope and budget projects, monitoring the performance of tasks.
Help with the organization and planning of educational projects, namely, the transformation of communication and marketing strategies into an action plan together with the Marketing Manager.
Planning tasks, setting tasks for contractors.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:< /strong>
Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience in any which industry or account manager inadvertising agencies.
Experience in creative industries will be a big advantage!
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.
Knowledge of marketing practices will be an advantage.
Ability to manage budgets and control expenses according to budgets.
Proactivity and interest in own work
