Responsibilities:Organize and facilitate daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos and other practices and ceremonies related to scrum and kanban Track and report team velocity and sprint/resile progress. Updating the tracking system to ensure product and backlog transparency Recommendations for improvement and facilitating improved practices. Helping the team to make appropriate commitments through transparency of their capacity and past performance (velocity), as well as through prioritization, definition and allocation of tasks.
