To communicate with clients, conduct negotiations and further introduce projects. The main responsibilities include: Conducting negotiations with clients and signing agreements (mainly in writing) Communicating with designers Resolving conflict situations Leading projects to their successful completion (with respect to deadlines and within the budget) Requirements: English - B2 and aboveKnowledge and ability to work with Upwork Ability to work in Excel and NotionExperience of working as a project or client manager A big plus - understanding of processes in graphic or web designImportant qualities: Communication and stress resistanceSalary and working conditions: Salary from UAH 25,000 to UAH 40,000+ UAH SP depends on the performance of KPI indicators. The basic indicators are the Number/Amount of deals and their successful completion. Schedule Mon-Fri from 10:00-11:00 to 19:00-20:00 (flexible terms are possible). On shifts — answers to clients on the weekend
