What you will do: participate in the launch of surveys to measure satisfaction with the company's external/internal digital products; draw up a work plan for the implementation of satisfaction measurement (meetings with product teams, drawing up a road map of products taking into account priorities for the launch of the measurement); monitor the process of starting measurement in ecosystem products; monitor key measurement metrics (conversion, efficiency, measurement operating conditions in products); update measurement questionnaires in accordance with current customer feedback; prepare product analytics (collection and analysis of measurement results). What is needed for this job: understanding of the basics of satisfaction measurement methodology (tNPS); mastery of Excel; communication, multitasking, independence; desire to develop in project management.
