Wewill, inturn, give you everything needed tounleash your potential. Working environment Currently, our Shopify Department has 15members: 2PMs, 2TLs, 1QA engineer, and 10developers. So, we’re split into 2teams. Wealso collaborate with other departments and their representatives ifneeded, such asUI/UX designers and backend developers. Weplan tohire aProject Manager for our team, which currently has 11ongoing projects: 2ofthem have full-time developers sold outstaff, and the other 9projects are handled inside the team. These projects will bedivided between two project managers. Wehave both retainer projects that require support and completely new projects (development from scratch). Later, weplan toseparate this team and create anew one with independent resources and projects. Requirements Atleast 2+years ofexperience inthe position ofPM inweb development isamust Atleast anAdvanced level ofwritten and spoken English Strong knowledge ofSDLC, project management methodologies, tools, and techniques and their practical application Experience with pre-sale activities: requirements elicitation and specification, estimation process Proven experience inproject planning and execution: Development ofthe project plans, reports, timelines, and other project documentation Setting the milestones and timelines Resource allocation and management Risk management Project progress and budget control Change management Daily communication with the team and stakeholders (regular meetings, emails, messengers). Business communication style inwritten correspondence. Maturity and ability towork independently Ability tocooperate with multiple teams (developers, designers, QAengineers, Sales representatives) inadynamic project environment (managing afew projects simultaneously) Team-building skills: facilitating collaboration, conflict resolution, motivation, building cohesive teams Experience with e-Commerce projects: preferably Shopify, but still can beBigCommerce orMagento Responsibilities Management ofmultiple projects simultaneously (retainers, ongoing support, and greenfield projects (T&M/Fixed Price)) Pre-sale activities: requirements elicitation and description, estimation Project planning and execution, backlog management Budget and quality management Customer relationship management: day-to-day communication (both verbal and written), engagement development, project negotiations, etc. Proactive escalation ofany issues, risks management, news delivery tostakeholders aswell asdevelopment ofmitigating actions Project and team performance measurement using appropriate tools Cooperation with multiple teams daily Working onteam development: set aproper collaboration process, motivate the members, provide feedback, and help with the improvement oftheir skills Readiness for continuous self-education and improvement: Shopify courses, PM-related materials Will beaplus Project Management-related certifications WHAT WEOFFER Interesting and challenging tasks Opportunity for growth and professional development Competitive salary Support inself-education and initiatives aimed atprofessional development (annual training budget) Fully paid English classes (twice per week) Flexible working hours 18working days ofvacation, paid sick leaves
