Project Manager (TikTok) in OMG Agency

We dream of finding a person who understands both creative and project management at the same time. Interview stages: HR (call) — getting to know the team leader and the CEO. Full-time, from 10:00 to 19:00, hybrid. We support work-life balance, so you can partially work remotely, but sometimes (Mon\Wed\Fri) you have to be present in the office or on set. We work in a comfortable open space office in the center of the capital on Vozdvizhenka. Our person: understands TikTok and trends; knows how to budget and protect budgets; has organizational and communication skills (ability to set up processes with the team and the client); understands production processes (photo and video production ); has experience in developing videos in an advertising / marketing agency or on an advertising theme (Tik Tok / Insta Reels). Duties: communication with the client; participation in the creation and protection of KP; budgeting; organization and supervision of the work of the team inside; organization of filming; supervising production and moderators; reporting.
