Project manager (technical supervision engineer) in Sahara, TOV

Requirements:

• Full/complete higher (or secondary technical) education - civil engineer, design engineer, estimate engineer, design engineer.
• Mandatory knowledge external and internal engineering networks.
• Ready to consider a student of the last years for this position.
• Knowledge of PC (MS office, Autocad, Revit).
• Communicative, oriented to the client's needs. Willingness to learn new things, inclination to self-study. Work for results. Willingness for short-term business trips.

  • Working schedule: MON-TH from 10 to 17, FRI from 10 to 16.

  Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of technical documentation, projects, selection of equipment for HVAC and HVAC, estimates for facilities (cottages, hotels, apartment buildings)
  • Preparation of contracts with customers and subcontractors.
  • Business correspondence with customers and subcontractors.
  • Distribution of tasks among team members and simultaneous work with several teams on different projects.
  • Development of construction schedules.

  • Control of work results and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Participation in production meetings initiated by the customer.
  • Resolving design and production issues related to project implementation.
  • Participation in technical supervision of the facilities under construction and interaction with subcontractors (permanent presence at the construction site of the facility under construction).
