The backpack and stationery brand KITE is looking for a Project Manager / Technical Project Managerwho will be responsible for managing technical tasks and projects: from the adoption of a business or technical task to the full implementation of the decision, control of execution and troubleshooting in the process.

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience of Project Manager / Technical Project Manager from 3-4 years;
• Experience of working with technical tasks and IT projects;
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Experience of working with contractors and internal teams;
• Understanding of e-commerce processes (site, marketplaces, payments, logistics);
• Experience with project management systems (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.);
• Ability to take responsibility for the result, not just the process.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces;
• Experience of integrations (CRM, ERP, PIM, marketplaces, payment systems);
• Basic understanding of web technologies (API, frontend/backend, databases);
• Experience working with international teams or markets;
• PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications (optional).

Main responsibilities:

• Accepting and formalizing technical tasks from business, marketing and e-commerce teams;
• Analysis of tasks and the search for optimal technical solutions;
• Selection of internal and external specialists for the implementation of tasks;
• Setting of tasks and control of terms, quality and results;
• Management of technical projects (site, marketplaces, CRM, ERP, integrations, automation);
• Coordination of work between technical and non-technical teams;
• Controlling the implementation of technical solutions from TK to production;
• Management of risks, problems and changes in projects;
• Documentation of processes, solutions and technical requirements;
• Optimization and improvement of existing technical processes.
