Tsyerol requires a versatile person who can easily switch from one task to another, perform a wide range of tasks, helping the CEO to effectively manage the company and achieve the set business goals. Your skills: Hard skills: Experience in the position of Project Manager or Operations Manager from 1 year. Experience in managing several projects at the same time, with successful implementation of deadlines and budgets. Experience in direct communication with stakeholders. Skills of working with the Google Workspace package. Soft skills: Analytical skills. The ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw constructive conclusions from them. Attention to details. You pay attention to small things that can affect the result of the work as a whole. High quality standards. You expect only excellent results from yourself and your subordinates. Organization of inhibition to plan. You make plans, organize work, create schedules and budgets in an effective, productive manner. Strategic thinking.
