Responsibilities: Management and coordination of the work of the system integration department; Organizing the search for new partners and maintaining partnership relations with them; Training of the Company's managers and their partners in system integration products; Analysis of the market and technological trends in the field of system integration; Proposal to the company's management regarding the introduction of new directions and brands in the company's portfolio in the field of system integration. Competencies: work experience in the field of system integration and project management, in related fields (audio, video, conference communication); Deep knowledge in the field of system solutions (audio, video); Leadership and communication skills for effective department management; Ability to develop strategic plans and make decisions; Experience working with clients and partners; Analytical thinking and the ability to predict risks and problems.
